The great thing about Obama is that he maintained his cool throughout the 90 minutes whereas McCain seemed to show his irritation with his opponent, also displaying a bit too much emotion over the idea that Obama and Joe Biden haven’t done enough to correct false accusations and smears from his supporters. It’s ridiculous that he even brought it up when some people in the crowds at gatherings for him and Sarah Palin have been displaying and saying racist and hateful things about Obama. I’m glad that Obama pointed out that the American people don’t care so much about their hurt feelings over things like this and instead want to hear about how they’re planning to fix the economy, health care, etc.
John McCain seems very sincere about wanting to help Americans, but last night, his behavior (facial expressions) towards Barack Obama made him look like a grumpy old man instead of a promising leader. At least at the end, he looked like he was trying to show some of his funny side as seen in the photo above. Too bad he didn’t seem as cool while debating.
