Nicole Richie's hair nightmare was in full view today during filming of The Simple Life in LA. Poor Nicole's extensions were showing and they didn't look good. In between takes she kept playing with her locks.
Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were then spotted locking lips at a local restaurant in LA with hair intact.
