Always a big fan of double meanings, I had struggled to understand the title going into this episode.
But, the meaning is no longer a thing of mystery after watching tonight.
Tonight's episode was all about two things- getting down to business and getting down and dirty.
Now, it is still unclear what Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) was looking up at, but there is no doubt when it came to
Eric Murphy (Kevin Connolly).
So, fellow Entourage fans, help me out. Was it that Ari Gold had to look up at his potential new career as a studio head to get down to business. Or, did it get him down to think that we would be leaving his clients behind?
And, what of Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier), throwing away another million dollars in today's economy? I'm glad he has principles and everything, but don't ask me tonight what I might do if I were him and had a chance at his paydays. All because he was interested in a girl.
Help me, my friends.
Was I pleased to see Vincent turning down a lovely model, because he had a "connection" with Natasha? I guess.
Was it nice to see E pursued for a change? Sure. And, it was amusing to see Connolly's facial expressions.
Was it sad to see Ari so concerned about Vince, that he considered turning down the offer? Maybe.
Maybe the title really means that I gotta look up at the bright side of things. In the end, Doug Ellin delivered for his most ardent male fans- an episode filled with supermodels and a fantasy trip to Hawaii on a private jet.
For the ladies it was nice to see Ari have to explain Dana Gordon (Constance Zimmer) to his wife (Perry Reeves). Who knew Ari never discussed Dana at home? How many other women have had this discussion with their significant other? And, visa versa, I am sure. It is very common to have a "work wife" or "work husband". What does it mean that Ari kept his a secret? Interesting.
This is one episode I'm gonna have to look up all week to get down to the heart of the matter.
Thoughts?
ps-It was great seeing Whitney from The Hills in a cameo. Love it when pop culture collides!

In Grey's Anatomy, Izzie and Alex were the ones that ended up walking down the aisle! Thoughts?

This episode is great, need i say more? Start off with them in the vicinity of many models and there is Ari facing Alan Grey's dead face.
I would...
