Brooke Hogan: Nick in Jail Has 'Broken His Spirit'

Nick Hogan is getting out of jail tomorrow, three months early due to good behavior, and now his sister Brooke Hogan can't contain her excitement on her MySpace Celebrity page.

"I can't even tell you, as a sister, how exciting this is for me!" she writes about her 18-year-old brother, who she describes as like a "best friend." "Not seeing him for 6 months has been really, really hard. He always knows how to make me feel better or make me smile when I need it, and its been tough without having him there to hug me just at the right time, or crack a joke when I'm havin' a bad day."

The son of former wrestler and reality show star Hulk Hogan has been serving time after pleading no contest to reckless driving charges from an August 2007 crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in a permanent state of disability.

"It's really sad, because we're not bad people," continues Brooke. "We're just going through a really hard time, and so is John's family. I feel sorry for the people who are misinformed because all they have to go off of is the media, which, lets just face it, is NEVER a reliable source."

Brooke asks for prayer and words of inspiration for both Nick and his friend John, and adds on a positive note, "I just can't wait to see my Nicky! I'm gonna make him every kind of food you can possibly think of! He's been living on bread an' potatoes so far and I know some mac 'n' cheese is gonna hit the spot! LOL."

  • If you think about it, his friend did get into the vehicle with him, thats just a chance that he took, despite what he did was wrong, it happens, wrong place at the wrong time. You can see that the whole family is very sorry for what was done, but...
