Mark Wahlberg is selling his home for $15.9 million.
The 'Max Payne' star - who has three children, four-year-old Ella,
two-year-old Michael and one-month-old Brendan Joseph, with fiance Rhea
Durham - has put the luxury Beverly Hills property on the market because he
wants a less extravagant home for his family.
The mansion boasts 10-and-a-half bathrooms, a 2,500 sq ft gym, a boxing ring
and basketball court.
The 1.4-acre estate also features a state-of-the-art home theatre, a pool
with a grotto and cascading waterfall and a putting green.
Mark recently revealed he and Rhea are planning to marry next summer.
The 37-year-old actor said: "We're talking about getting married in August.
It's a good month."
