Hough hospitalized after 'Dancing With the Stars'

LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Julianne Hough took a trip to the hospital with stomach trouble after her performance on "Dancing With the Stars."

The 20-year-old professional dancer, who's partnered with "Hannah Montana" actor Cody Linley on the popular ABC dancing competition, went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following the live results show Tuesday. The judges selected the pair to perform an encore of their jitterbug routine from Monday's performance show.

"She was experiencing slight stomach pains all day that increased and the doctors thought it was best to have them checked out," said Hough's publicist, Cindy Guagenti. "But she didn't collapse."

Multiple contestants and professional dancers have sustained injuries this season.

  • This whole season has been peppered with injury, but I do not think the stomach should be the largest concern. Toni Braxton who has had heart problems throughout the entire show I think is the largest victor in that concern. Unbreak her heart!!!
