Lil Wayne Has a Boy: Lil Dwayne!

Rapper Lil Wayne is the proud father of a baby boy named Dwayne Carter III, born Wednesday afternoon in Cincinnati, OH, US magazine reports.

The 26-year-old artist, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., announced at last Sunday's BET Hip-Hop Awards that he was expecting a baby boy any day.

"I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him. Pray for me," he said during his acceptance speech for Lyricist of the Year.

Lil Wayne, who has a daughter with his former wife, has not released the identity of his new son's mother.
