Star magazine reports that Spears has started a complete body makeover, from her "chin to her thighs, her stomach to her butt. Rhinoplasty and lipo.."..all of the procedures costing as much as $130,000! A source told Star, "Britney wants to look better than she ever has in her life. She's a size six and she wants to be a size two within the next three months."

It's reported that Brit went to a LipoDissolve clinic in Las Vegas at the end of March. She allegedly underwent a procedure involving an injection of a soybean-based medication that slowly dissolves fat cells.

"Britney had the treatment on her butt. You have to wait two weeks between each series of injections. She will need at least six weeks to finish the work on her butt," says the source. "Once the LipoDissolve treatments are completed, she plans to have conventional plastic surgery. She wants to reduce the size of her arms, thighs, butt, stomach, love handles, back, and chin."
