In June, the pair joked that they were hoping for triplets.
"Could you imagine if I really had triplets? He'd be like, 'Whoa!'" Mueller told Extra.
The two met in 2006 through Eric Dane and actress Rebecca Gayheart.
Sheen popped the question last summer with a $500,000 custom-designed 11-carat yellow diamond and platinum ring from jeweler Lord Alon Barak.
They wed in front of about 60 close friends and family in a small ceremony in Beverly Hills on May 30.
In August, Sheen and Mueller confirmed they were expecting.
“Brooke and I are thrilled! She’s the best stepmom Sam, Lola and Cassandra could ever hope for," Sheen, 42, told Usmagazine.com referring to his daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3 (with ex-wife Denise Richards), and Cassandra, 23 (with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt).
