The night Anna Nicole Smith met John McCain! “The Insider” uncovers the forgotten video -- found just days before the election!

The two met in 2004 at the Victor Sports Awards in Las Vegas. Anna Nicole and John both served as a celeb presenters.

John even tells Anna Nicole about one of his favorite moments on her self-titled reality show -- a fishing trip! -- included at the tail end of the footage.
