Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin campaigned in Ohio today and she had a message for her "Saturday Night Live" impersonator, Tina Fey!

"And a little advice for Tina, we want her to make sure that she’s holding on to that Sarah outfit because she’s gonna need it in the next four years," Palin told the crowd.

She also praised John McCain's performance on "SNL," Fox News reports.

"Now speaking of great performances, did anyone catch John McCain last night on 'SNL' – 'Saturday Night Live'?" She continues, "He was such a pro in those skits there with Tina Fey."

  • To Hell with Tina Fey and all the Hollywood Leftist propagandists who ridicule and mock conservatives while practically campaigning for Demon-rats. And to Hell with all you brain-dead idiots who voted for Hussein.

  • Please tell Tina Fey that we don't find her funny. Her impersonations of Sarah Palin are out of line and hit way below the belt. Tina Fey will do anything for ratings including stomp on the reputation of a beautiful mother of 5 who works her butt off to do what's right for the people of Alaska. Shame on you Tina Fey. By the way, has anyone else noticed that SNL is outdated and BORING?

  • Tina Fey is UGLY inside and out! Her impersonations of Govenor Palin are mean spirited and totally biased. I voted for Obama but I admire all the good work Mrs. Palin has done as Govenor of Alaska. If she runs for President in 2012, she's got my vote!

  • Impersonations are supposed to be fun not hurtful. Tina Fey has proven she'll throw anyone under the bus to make a buck for herself. I have a lot of respect for Sarah Palin and I hope she runs for Pres in 2012!!!

  • sarah palin is a bumb who has lost and thank god she did. anyone who supports her is an ignorant fool. She is in favor of public schools teaching abstinence-only education (Alaska is currently considering spending more on abstinence-only sex education) and creationism. I can see the syllabus…”Yes, a man in the sky made you and he says not to have sex until you’re married no matter what. Got it? And if you are raped, even if you’re raped by a member of your family and become pregnant you will have that baby!”
    what an intelligent bitch

  • Palin is delusional if she thinks she can win without a single moderate vote. Sarah Palin is turning into America's Peggy Hill. She's going to spend the next four years calling liberals traitors who hate America, and the hardcore republican base will love her, and everyone else will get sicker and sicker of her.

  • A "genuine person with a kind heart", huh?
Thats why she supports aerial hunting of wolves in Alaska?
Thats a horribly inhumane thing to do to a species of animal that have no documented attacks against human beings.
Or why she supports drilling for oil in the last pristine environment in the country?
Her husband is an oil tycoon. To me it sounds like she's just out to make some extra money, regardless of what kind of damage she does to the environment.

And to all the people who are so worried about the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, McCain has no intention of bringing them home any time soon. He'll leave them over there in harms way, where they have to spend every second worrying about who is going to be shooting at them tomorrow, and whether or not there transport will hit a roadside bomb or IED.
If you support the troops, bring them home.
I'm sicking of seeing young Americans killed for a war that has been fought entirely on false pretenses.

  • Gee, I guess when she said this is was empty bravado... She told CNN she can't even imagine a 2012 bid.

  • AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
  • Yeah, what a good idea, vote for the guy that wants to keep your son in a foreign country with a chance of ending in a bodybag every day rather than for a guy who wants to bring your child back home to you safely.
You should be father of the year.

ps. since you would have voted for McCain you might not get this, but that was sarcasm.

  • I think that Obama may be the worse case of black on black crime we have ever seen. He is not the first black president. He is the first bi racial president. Old prejudice whites use to say one drop of black blood-all black. Im afraid it works the opposite. I think his white side will prevail and black people will be hurt and disillusioned.

  • US troops are not securing Iraq for oil. In addition to settling the score with Hussein, they have been trying to surround Iran for the past decade. Look at a map, Afghanistan's there too. In any case, the war has claimed about 3,000 American lives, compared to the 50,000 lost in the Vietnam War. The similarity, though, is that when the new president gets in, he ends all involvement and everything gets screwed up again.

Historically, state governors are much more likely to win presidential elections than senators. They are used to running things on their own, whereas a single senator only derives his or her power from being part of a group. Governors don't have much experience in foreign policy, but enough knowledge can easily be picked up in a few months or so. Going by this precedent, Palin makes a good candidate. However, she is a woman and has an odd accent/dialect, opening up the door for satire like Fey's.

I noticed that everyone making an argument against Palin references her infamous "keeping an eye on Russia" quote and apparent complete idiocy. I suppose this would be because their main source of information on Palin is late night comedy.

SNL is one of the least amusing comedies on TV.

  • In the Oddly Enough department this morning I couldn't remember if it was Tina Fey or Sarah Palin who said "I love Israel." Given that Tiny Fey gave more speeches than Palin I'm guessing it was she. But that's just another notch in the thank-god-she-won't-be-in-office belt.

    • Israel is God's chosen people. God loves Israel too! So what's the problem with that statement? Don't understand what you are trying to say.
