Carnie Wilson Pregnant with Second Child

Maybe everyone can leave Carnie Wilson alone about her weight for the next nine months.

The former Wilson Phillips band member is expecting her second child with husband Rob Bonfiglio. Carnie and Rob already have a daughter, Lola, 3.

The singer is probably most well known for her body, having lost almost 150lbs in 1999, after undergoing gastric bypass surgery. This past March she had beef with The National Enquirer, who claimed she had gained back 79lbs and was considering going under the knife again.

"It is very hard being in the public eye, being scrutinized for every pound," she told Diane Sawyer. "They're saying I'm going to have liposuction, another gastric bypass to have a baby. It's laughable."

Carnie admits that her weight, "will always be a battle -- surgery or no surgery." But that she plans on staying well for her children's sake.

"I am committed to my daughter. I want to be a light of hope for her," she added. "[I'm not saying] you need to be a size 6 ... you need to be healthy. That is the message I want to give to her."

And to the new baby, no doubt. Congrats!
