Congrats to Michelle Monaghan!"The Insider" breaks news that the 'Eagle Eye' star gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
According to her rep: "Michelle and husband Peter White welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Willow Katherine White on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 in Los Angeles. The proud parents are overcome with joy."
The actress met her hubby, an Australian graphic artist, at a party in 2000. They married in August 2005 and live in New York City.
