Actress Hilary Duff was spotted out and about wearing a pair of light blue Sass & Bide jeans with boots. I like that she usually smiles for the paparazzi instead of trying to hide or scowling as many celebs do. Those pictures are going to end up in print so at least manage a smile before you tell them to get the heck outta your way!
