The 5,000-square-foot colonial house -- which sits on one acre with three bedrooms and five bathrooms -- is listed at $3.9 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The home also features three fireplaces, a pool with a large deck and a gym with a spa-like bathroom.
The 29-year-old singer is partnered with professional dancer Lacey Schwimmer on the hit ABC series "Dancing with the Stars."
