Heidi & Spencer to Guest On How I Met Your Mother

Ugh! Why do Heidi and Spencer feel the need to muck up everything good in this world?!

The Hills' most notorious duo have, somehow, landed a guest gig on one of my favorite television shows, How I Met Your Mother.

CBS revealed to UsMagazine.com that Lauren Conrad's frenemies will be featured on an episode in January.

"They will be playing magazine cover-versions of themselves as Marshall desperately searches for a place to "read a magazine" while at the office," a statement from the network said. "Montag and Pratt will taunt and tease Marshall from the confines of his current copy of Them Weekly."

Okay, fine, it actually does sound kind of funny, but Heidi and Spencer?!

"Heidi and I are honored to be part of such a successful show," the evil Spencer. "I don't want to give anything away...but I'm the Mother," he snickered in his smarmy way.

When? When? When are they going away? This is the longest 15 minutes I've ever encountered in my life...
