The best lasagna in New York City is now being served in the Time Square area. On our way to Jersey Boys we found the perfect pre-theater stop - Lasagna Ristorante. A Tony Award winner with more than seventeen lasagna variations crowd the menu—served in generous portions, with standard and less-conventional fillings like asparagus, lobster, ground veal, and a gooey concoction of Gorgonzola, ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella and a menu with delicious homemade Italian food (Chicken, Veal & seafood along with pastas of many nations) in a unique beautiful setting. We love this place. Great wait staff/host/hostess/bartenders. The lasagna is “baked to order” and way too much for one person, so we shared the Lasagna Primavera (Zucchini, yellow squash, red and green peppers, broccoli, mushroom and carrots) $ 12.95. We also split the Appetizer combination platter - (Fried calamari, Mozzarella sticks and Eggplant Parmigiana) $ 14.95. Loved the House Salad - $6.95 and the Cappuccino Martini was well worth a photo (Van Gogh Double Espresso Vodka, Kahlua French Vanilla & Cream) $8.95. Desserts Tiramisu to die for $5.95 and Chocolate Truffle Cake ($5.95) would send Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons into orbit. Weekend Brunch - $12.95 and for another $9.00 all-you-can-drink. Happy Hour during the week Cosmos and Margarita $5.00 along with Wine and Beers. Make your reservations for pre or post theater and just make it your favorite hangout (check out the Red Room) or even better Free Delivery - All Major Credit Cards Accepted $20.00 Min.
