It's that time again for Barbara Walters to tell us who were the most fascinating people of 2008.

So, who's on her list?

According to USA Today, Will Smith, Tina Fey, Tom Cruise, Miley Cyrus, Frank Langella, Rush Limbaugh and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps will all be featured on this year's Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People.

Wanna know who's No.1?

Yeah, me too. Unfortunately, we'll all have to wait until the Dec. 4 broadcast to find out. My guesses are Barack Obama or Sarah Palin. Yours?
