The Hollywood Reporter says Summit Entertainment has acquired rights to New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn -- the next three novels in Stephanie Meyer's hit book series.
The company has hired Melissa Rosenberg to adapt New Moon and Eclipse, says the trade paper. Rosenberg wrote the screenplay for 'Twilight.' The other books progress the story told in 'Twilight' between characters Bella (a teenage girl) and Edward (a vampire).
For now, you can see 'Twilight' in theaters starting Nov. 21.

"Twilight" sequel "The New Moon" is scheduled for release at the end of this year. Do you think it will be just as big of a hit as Twilight?
