Kanye West Arrested in Another Pap Scuffle

The rapper was arrested on suspicion of assault outside the Tup Tup Palace, reports Britain's Evening Chronicle.

"We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Newcastle city center club in the early hours of this morning," said a Northumbria Police spokeswoman. "He was released without charge and no further action is being taken."

Kanye had just finished performing a sold out show at the Metro Radio Arena.

This is his second scuffle with paps this year that led to an arrest, as he was charged with vandalism in September, after smashing a photographer's camera to the floor at LAX.

If he keeps this up, instead of being "the voice of this generation", he may just turnout to be the mug shot of it.
