Hip Hop Star Kanye West was arrested again for allegedly assaulting a photographer while leaving a night club in Newcastle, England. This happened in the early morning hours on Friday at the club Tup Tup Palace. He was then later released without charge and no further action is being taken. Kanye had just finished performing at sold out show at the Metro Radio Arena.
