Heather Locklear Charged in DUI Incident

Heather Locklear has been charged in an alleged September DUI incident in Montecito, California..

The Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office filed a misdemeanor charge against Locklear for driving under the influence of prescription medications.

Locklear's arraignment date in the case has been set for Jan. 26, 2009.

Locklear was booked back in September on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Despite the DUI charge, I still support Heather. But if she must do some jail, I support that too.

Nobody said she broke down. She drove DUI so she SHOULD be charged. She could have killed somebody. Funny if she is so good where is she now. She is not doing anything. She is wased up anyway. Same with her boyfriend.

She finally broke down - she deserves a second chance just like anyone else. Would you want people to think you were less 'awesome' because you made a stupid mistake? Don't think so. It's sad that stars can't have some bit of privacy - I guess...
