The actress has been charged with one count of driving under the influence of prescription drugs, with the Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney, Lee Carter, believing that the medications found in her system “impaired her ability to safely drive a motor vehicle.”
No other drugs, alcohol, or illegal narcotics were found in Locklear’s system at the time of her arrest.
