People magazine has named Hugh Jackman the "Sexiest Man Alive" in 2008!

Jackman was an obvious choice, the multi-talented actor, singer, dancer and action star is a scruffy stud with a heart of gold. Wife Deborra-Lee Furness says his ripped 6'2" frame is "the Body of Doom -- but I like what's inside": a romantic hubby who sings at home and makes breakfast for the kids.

Other hotties who made the list? Current 007 Daniel Craig, "Mad Men" lead Jon Hamm, buff bodied "Lipstick Jungle" star Robert Buckley, HSM cutie Zac Efron, "Dirty Sexy Money" rival Blair Underwood, "Gossip Girl's" resident bad boy Ed Westwick, Olympic champ Michael Phelps, "Raising the Bar" legal eagle Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Oscar-winner Javier Bardem, 'Twilight' vamp Robert Pattinson, "Fringe" star Joshua Jackson and soccer superstar David Beckham.

  • Hugh Jackman is cute, no doubt about it but would someone PLEASE explain to me why men aren't shaving these days? There is n othing scruffier looking than a man with a stubble. Many younger women may think this is sexy; I don't! Give me a clean-shaven man with a short, clean, styled, combed hair and I'm happy.
