Almost everyone is starting to do it.  A nip here and a tuck there…you look amazing!  Plastic surgery is huge right now!  Most celebrities have had some surgical or non-surgical procedure done.  In 2007, almost 400,000 people got a breast augmentation.  Last year, over 450,000 people got liposuction, over 240,000 people got eyelid surgery, and over 2 million people got botox.  Among all the plastic surgery junkies in Hollywood, I thought I would give you my top 10 favorite!  Most of these celebrities wouldn’t strike you as celebrities that would go under the knife, but their beauty wasn’t just God given. 

10. Adriana Lima: She got a breast augmentation!

9. Jennifer Garner: That top lip isn’t hers!!!  She has just been plumping it forever!  She has also had her teeth fixed, and you can’t see her gums anymore!

8. Fergie: She got herself a nice little nose job!  Plus, she is a serious Botox user!

7. Beyonce: She had a nose job, breast augmentation, and some say lip reduction! 

6. Paris Hilton: She had a nose job!

5. Heidi Klum: She got herself some boobies!!

4. Scarlett Johansson: She got a nose job! 

3. Halle Berry: She got a breast augmentation and a nose job.  She also allowed someone to pluck those outrageous eyebrows!!

2. Holly Madison: What hasn’t Holly had done?  She had a breast augmentation.  She went from a 34-A to a 36-D.  She also had a nose job.  Holly also has plumped up her top lip, went platinum, and darkened her eyebrows.  I think she also got her teeth whitened.  She looks awesome!!  A total makeover hottie!!

1. Angelina Jolie: She got a nose job.  It looks soooo much better!  Plus, it looks like she might have gotten a chin implant.  It was somewhat weak before.  Angelina is stunning!

  • for the eyes i'm not sure she had surgery but for is nose and his breast we see the difference.I tried a push up bra and when I put it gives a different effect compared with rihanna.well believe it or not it's your choice but for myself i think that...

    • all i want to put out there is WHY WOULD BEYONCE HAVE A LIP REDUCTION?? thats insane to me, i would never haveplastic surgery, but if i has bigger lips i sure as hell wouldnt want to get rid of them! those are the best things!..i like her and didnt...
