Looking radiant in an off-the-shoulder red cocktail dress, is Rihanna covering up a new tattoo over her heart?

Not exactly. The 20-year-old singer was snapped looking stunning in New York Wednesday at the launch of Gucci’s Tattoo Heart Collection.

The singer is the new face of the collection’s latest ad campaign to benefit The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
