Britney's Outfit Needs Work

See More... Britney Spears was spotted today and she is looking remarkably thinner.  However, her outfit could use some work.  The hole in her panty hose doesn't quite compliment the white bird hat.  Who dresses her in the mornings?  She should try looking in the mirror before leaving the house.
