Now, as far as my why would someone wanna stalk Jennifer Garner test, I'm surprised! Jennifer Garner is so under the radar and girl next door and mother and wife and not really busy making many movies or attending red carpet events. This dude must be twisted. I hope it all works out in Jen's favor sooner than later and she gets the a-hole a permanent restraining order, or an iced out ankle braclet tracker - I think those are the best kind.
