As per the settlement, Guy and Madge will share the custody of their children, Rocco, 8, and David, 3. The kids will shuffle between US and London. However, Lourdes (whose father is Carlos Leon) will stay with Madge. But the surprising part is, both Madonna and Guy have refused to accept any money as a part of the settlement!
The couple were married for eight long years and when the announcement of their divorce was made last month, it was speculated that the settlement would run long and end up as one of the most-expensive divorce settlements ever. But the settlement has surprised everyone.
However, a source close to the divorcing couple has refuted this by saying that the real settlement is very different from what’s made public. According to him, transfer of fortune is very much a part of this settlement, though the amount of money involved is still not clear.
Anyway, now that the divorce is almost done, the next thing to speculate is who makes the first official announcement of his/her new love interest. Will it be Madge declaring her love for A-Rod or Guy going gung-ho for his affection for Kelly Reilly? Let’s wait and watch.
