In the papers, Barker's lawyer alleges the former Blink-182 drummer "was hurt and injured in his health, strength and activity, sustaining injuries to his body and shock and injury to his nervous system" in the plane crash, causing Barker "great physical, mental and nervous pain and suffering." • Don't you think he might be filing this lawsuit along with his friend's Mom because she can't afford the type of shyster lawyers it would take to pursue this - and he CAN - and he wants to make sure his friend's Mom is taken care of ??

    That's how...
