'Twilight' Sequel in the Works?

The hot stars of the new vampire romance 'Twilight' -- Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart -- have great sequel news as their movie soars at the U.S. box office!

In a special email to 'Twilight' fans, the two actors thanked moviegoers for their "amazing support" and confirmed that the film's distributor, Summit Entertainment, was moving forward with a 'New Moon' sequel.

"We just heard from Summit that we’ll be moving forward on 'New Moon.' We look forward to sharing this next chapter with you!" the email said. "From every city, every stop, every interview we have done, you’ve made this an unbelievable, nearly surreal experience…and so cool that we were all in this together."

  • I read the entire series, and I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed that the movie didn't include more of the events in the book. I guess the imagination IS somewhat better than the reality. Don't get my wrong, the movie was good, just hope...

  • Loved Twilight. Bought the book after seeing the movie, actually got the entire series. Glad to hear the cast is the same. Think that Robert should keep the hairstyle it suits Edward's character.

  • This movie is based upon a vampire family. They are to remain UNCHANGING! How, if it will take two years at least until it can be made, and then a third... can we expect ALL the vampires to look the same? To not age, to have the same hair style, and...

  • Loved all the books but was a bit disappointed in the movie.Not that it was bad but I think that some of the acting was kind of corny.And I do not like who plays Bella.They could have done better.

  • I've heard that if you read the book and saw the movie that you will be disaponted and if you didn't read the book and saw the movie then it was great. I get that from alot of people. is it ture that the cast wasn't that great eather.
