The newly single Nicollette celebrated her 45th birthday with comedian/actor David Spade, with whom she "cuddled and kissed," People magazine reports.
"They arrived separately and even started dinner at different booths," an onlooker tells People. But as the evening went on, the two got more intimate, according to the source. "They were full-on making out in a booth." While a source insists the two aren't currently dating, the onlooker said: "David winked at her and stood by her side while she blew out the candles on her cake."
Nicollette celebrated her birthday at L.A. hot spot Luau along with "Desperate Housewives" costars Felicity Huffman, Neal McDonough and Kyle MacLachlan.
