Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Talk Babies Backstage at the AMAs

“The Insider” takes you backstage at the “American Music Awards” to talk to the night’s big celebs! Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey discuss future plans for a family, and Taylor Swift confesses her pre-show jitters.

Nick tells “The Insider” he and Mariah do have plans to start a family.

“That’s the whole purpose of marriage -- is to build a family, and when we start building a family we’ll let ya’ll know,” Nick says.

Adult Contemporary music winner Jordin Sparks tells us how it feels to go from a spectator to a nominee and a winner.

“Last year I was here just watching everybody,” the former “American Idol” champ says. “And now I’m here, and I got nominated and I actually got to take one home, so I’m really excited.”
