What female celebrities are out helping those less fortunate?

Illeana Douglas, along with fellow comedienne’s Janeane Garofalo and Cheri Oteri are all having a coffee together and are probably wrought with hilarity, but remember to take time to remember the homeless community with a laminated sign.

Does this mean they carry this sign around in hopes of being photographed? Or did they make a Kinko’s run knowing their meeting would be like a female version of the last supper?
