Less than a week after she and Barbara Walters made their recent public comments, Rosie O'Donnell made an appearance on the "Today" show to say it's not all bad feelings she has towards the legendary newswoman.
"The fact that I hurt her is what hurts me," she tells Meredith Vieira. "She is one of the women who paved the way for every woman on television and I love her regardless of the fact that to her I'm the rowdy teenage daughter she can't control."
While Rosie acknowledges she's "hard to take for some people," she does say that she does care about Walters. "You can't ever look at her life and career and not have respect for her," she says.
"I do love her," she adds. "But that’s the bottom line -- love is complicated."
