Britney Spears turned heads with her very first Rolling Stone cover when she was only 17, now she's back on top and looking sharp for the brand-new issue!

The issue hits stands this week.

Meanwhile, her new documentary "Britney Spears: For The Record" airs this weekend, November 30 on MTV. The doc follows Britney over three months and no topic was off limits -- including her music, career and hopes for the future.

  Her sixth studio album, Circus, hits stores on December 2.
