Hilary acknowledged that she used to be insecure about her body, so she did decide to watch what she ate. She claims that she wasn't obsessive about it, but she did get too skinny when she wasn't paying attention. 'Cause protruding rib bones are really easy to miss.
We've always hated those actresses who pretend that they're so skinny because they – oops – just plain forget to eat. Riiight. And that gnawing hunger in your belly forgot to remind you?
Whether she wants to claim obliviousness or not, we're glad that Hilary finally realized that she was too thin. If not on her own, then at least through her shocked and concerned fans.
