The media blitz for Britney Spears' "Circus" is now in full swing. Britney hit Germany, France, and England, performing her hit single "Womanizer" at each stop.  While Britney didn't exactly blow the roof off with any of the performances, she did a respectable job.  Her performance in France for the television show, "Star Academy," was probably the best.  Hilariously, fans have been debating on the internet about which part of the song Miz Spears was lipsyncing (um... all of it?).  Next up for Britney is the premiere of her documentary tonight on MTV, and then she will drop by GMA on Tuesday to celebrate her birthday and the release of her new album.  Whew!  Hope she gets a good night's sleep.  [Source]
