William Balfour was arrested and charged with the October 24th shooting deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother Darnell Donerson, brother Jason Hudson and nephew Julian King. Balfour had been married to Ms. Hudson's sister Julia. The Chicago Tribune reported investigators had evidence that Balfour had a gun matching the weapon found near the scene of the crime. [Source]
