Shia LaBeouf Headed Back to School?

‘Transformers’ star Shia LaBeouf may be headed to college next year.

The 21-year-old actor will play a law student at Yale in ‘The Associate,’ a legal thriller based on the novel by popular author John Grisham, Variety reports.

The trade paper says Shia's character will leave school when he is offered a job at a law firm and gains privileged information regarding a multi-billion dollar lawsuit.

Shia's highly-anticipated 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen' will be in theaters June 26, 2009.
