GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin took the third slot. Though Palin did not chat with Walters, The View co-host said Palin fascinated the public as she went from white-hot star to a tarnished disappointment. Her next job, which remains to be seen, will surely be closely followed, Walter said.
