In a declaration filed with the court, Milano says the Northern California man has engaged in "increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening conduct."
The actress said the man repeatedly showed up uninvited to her residence, bypassed security measures in an attempt to gain entry into her home and even hiked "miles through the hills to reach my property."
A hearing has been set for January 21 when the court will decide whether to issue the requested restraining order, which also seeks protection for Milano's parents and brother.
