Now that Jay Leno is moving to the 10 p.m. time slot, will you watch his show or stick with your faves like "CSI: Miami" and "Without a Trace"? Write your thoughts below and your comment could be called out on air on "The Insider" on TV tonight!

Five years ago NBC announced that Jay Leno will step down from the "Tonight Show" to make way for Conan O'Brien in May 2010. Now, The New York Times is reporting that NBC is planning a huge announcement about Leno's future.

In an unprecedented move, NBC is expected to announce on Tuesday that it has signed Leno to a new contract that will give him a show similar to his current "Tonight Show" gig -- in the 10 p.m. timeslot!

Leno continues to be the leader in late-night TV ratings, and NBC had reportedly been maneuvering to keep him with their network, fearing that he may start a new late-night show on a competing network.

Leno's new show is expected to be shoot in Burbank, where he currently shoots the "Tonight" show, while Conan is expected to move his "Tonight" show to a new studio on the NBC Universal lot in Universal City, Calif.

  • I agree and do believe he is sore about stepping down, but more upset that NBC has allowed this concept of Leno 5 nights @ the 10 o'clock hour. There are wonderful writers and wonderful shows that could take up that time that would engage a large...

  • Much as I'd love to succumb to my feelings of schadenfreude for Zucker/Silverman, this is a horrific blow to thousands of writers, actors, directors, gaffers, set decorators, caterers, etc. in an industry that is already suffering. The irony is --...

  • Jay is ok, but I plan to continue to watch CSI and other shows on the competing networks.
  • I'm making the move with Jay. The more comedy in primetime the better.

  • I like Leno more than O'Brien. Keep Leno, he is the best thing that happened to your network.
