"The Insider" has new details in the death of Mark Ruffalo's brother, Scott.
The Beverly Hills Police Department say that they were "contacted on the evening of December 8, 2008, and advised that Scott Ruffalo had been removed from life support and succumbed to his injuries at 10:11 p.m.
"Shaha Mishaal Adham remains in custody on the no-bail arrest warrant, while Brian Scofield has been released."
Currently, police say there is no additional information and that the case is ongoing.
