Diana Ross Sparkles at Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo

Legendary superstar diva songstress Diana Ross brought her world-renown glamour and grace and angelic voice to deliver a show-stopping performance in honour of Nobel Peace Prize winner former Finnish President Martii Ahtisaari. The concert was broadcast to over 100 countries around the world. The Nobel Peace Prize Concert was hosted by actors Michael Caine and Scarlett Johansson and also featured performances by hot Swedish singer-songwriter Robyn and the operatic quartet Il Divo.

""I guess we think it is awarded to deserving, smarty pants. What's wonderful about the concert … is really to make this peace prize sort of more accessible."

Scarlett Johansson

Mr. Ahtisaari was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to resolve international conflicts on several continents for more than 3 decades. He founded the independent Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) with the goal of developing and sustaining peace in troubled areas. He has worked directly or through associated organizations to resolve conflicts in Northern Ireland, Central Asia, Kosovo and the Horn of Africa. [Source]
