Miley Cyrus got her learners permit today…y’all watch out now…It’s kinda scary to think she’s old enough to drive a car now! But since it is her learners she does need a licensed driver to be in the car with her so we are safe for now. (Just joking!) Miley have fun with your new found freedom!
