"The Insider" has confirmed that Madonna has settled her divorce with director Guy Ritchie in what her rep is calling one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement.

Madonna has given Ritchie between $76 million and $92 million as part of their divorce agreement. This includes the value of their country home in western England.

Though the finances of the divorce have been worked out, the couple is still negotiating custody arrangements for their children.

Madonna's rep Liz Rosenberg says the singer will be spending her holidays in London.
