Madonna and her rumoured new boyfriend are house-hunting in New York.

The singer and Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez – who are yet to officially confirm they are dating – are reportedly searching for the perfect home in the US city.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: “They have been discreetly looking at properties between Fifth and Park avenues, from just above 60th Street through the 80s.

“Madonna personally came to look at one house a couple of months ago, and Alex has been looking recently. We're talking about private, double-width mansions in the vicinity of $30 million to $60 million.”

It has also been reported the pair are looking for a property “with a garage that you can drive into for additional privacy - although those are rare and hard to come by”.

They are also said to be searching in New York’s exclusive Hamptons district. The pair recently visited the star-studded area when they stayed at comedian Jerry Seinfeld’s house.
