Who Do You Think Should Have Made Time's List?

Time Magazine named Barack Obama the Person of the Year for 2008, and the runners-up included former Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin, U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, French president Nicolas Sarkozy, and filmmaker Zhang Yimou. Who do you think should have made Time's list? Write your thoughts below and your comment could be called out on the air on "The Insider" on TV tonight!

2008 ushered in an amazing array of mega-stars who influenced the world, but only one man captured a nation to make history -- Barack Obama!

Appropriately so, TIME magazine has named the President-elect their Person of the Year. Watch this new video to see exclusive photos of Obama!

The cover is by ex-street artist Shepard Fairey -- whose poster of Obama became the iconic image of the campaign -- the artist has now created the first iconic image of the new President for TIME's Person of the Year issue -- a rich, multi-layered poster that echoes and expands on the original.

  • January 20th it will be President Barack Obama, and I don't regret voting for him, not one bit. I do think you should have left Sarah Palin off the list.
