Spencer & Heidi's Official 'I Do's' Questioned

It's still under question as to whether Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag of "The Hills" are legally married, according to a new report.

In the season finale promo of the reality show, the couple seems to be making their Mexican marriage official in a California court of law -- but that may not be the case.

A Los Angeles Superior Court official is claiming that MTV was granted permission to shoot in a courtroom in Beverly Hills after-hours and the person that takes the bench on the show is not one of their judges, The Associated Press reports.

An AP check of marriage records last week did not show any filings by Pratt or Montag in Los Angeles County.

The couple's California marriage ceremony can be seen on Monday's season finale of MTV's "The Hills."
